Data removal request

This is where a user can request to have their data removed, and their account deleted as part of that process. Please see the list below to understand the data APS keeps in order to give you full functionality within the app and dashboard.

Types of data kept:

  • Locations – Approximiate Location
    • User or device physical location to an area greater than or equal to three square kilometres, such as the city that a user is in, or location provided by Android’s ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION permission.
  • Personal info – Name, Email address, User ID, Address, Phone number.
  • Health and Fitness – Health info.
  • Photos – Profile Photo
  • Files and docs – Qualification documents for induction.
  • App info and performance – Crash Logs

Please note, once the request has been made, an Admin will respond to this request within 48 hours, and the data will be removed. As a consequence, you will no longer be able to access the APS dashboard, or the APS mobile app with the previous account details. In order to create a new account, you will need to speak directly to an APS Manager, or induct yourself into the APS app again to create a new account.

By requesting a data removal, you confirm that you understand this request will be carried out and your access to APS with the current account will not be possible within 48 hours.
